Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioners have not been granted extension in service from 01.03.2020 onwards whereas, the said benefit has been extended to the similarly situated employees and, therefore, the petitioners be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file the fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars including the relief for the grant of extension in service, as extended to the other similarly situated employees.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. CM-5510-CWP of 2020 In view of the order passed in main writ petition i.e. CWP No.1453 of 2020, no order is required to be passed in the present application.
