The present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India arises out of order dated 14.12.2017 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ellenabad whereby an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC was dismissed and appeal against the same was partly allowed by the Additional District Judge, Sirsa vide order dated 18.04.2018.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Sirsa, the main civil suit being Civil Suit No.386 of 2017 stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 03.04.2025 and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
