The petitioner is aggrieved that the application filed by the Gram Panchayat before the trial Court for vacating the order of stay/injunction granted ex parte by the court below has been ordered to be posted for hearing on a day which is far off day and great inconvenience will be caused. The trial Court will examine the plea for early hearing and endeavour to dispose of the case at the earliest within a period of two weeks from the date when this order is brought to the attention of the court. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
