Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.101 dated 17.06.2021, under Section 15 (Section 29 added subsequently) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Vairoke, District Fazilka.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 3.
