The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to provide protection to the petitioners to protect the life and liberty from the hands of respondents No.4 and 5 who are parents of petitioner No.1. 2.
The counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are present today in the Court and they performed marriage against the wishes of respondents No.4 and 5 who are extending threats to cause harm to the petitioners and in this regard the petitioners gave representation (Annexure P-5) dated 15.01.2024 to respondent No.2 but the police authority failed to take any action. Mr. Anil Kumar Parmar, Advocate has filed power of attorney on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 who are also present in the Court in person and made statement that petitioner No.1 has performed marriage against their wishes but they never extended threats to cause any harm to the petitioners.

The counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action survives in future. 7.
Accordingly, the present petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
