*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) Decree holder is in revision assailing the order dated 29.11.2014 (P.3) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bathinda whereby he has been directed to file a fresh list of properties for execution of his decree after releasing the earlier attached Account number of the office of the Executive Engineer, Construction Division, PWD, B&R, Bathinda on the ground that the decretal amount has to be got released from the office of the XEN, PWD, B&R, Sri Muktsar Sahib. At the time of hearing, the decree holder having obtained the relevant account number of the office of the Executive Engineer, Construction Division, PWD, B&R, Sri Muktsar Sahib, states that the present petition has become infructuous.
