This petition is directed against the orders of the Courts below passed on an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 CPC. Information was sought from the learned District Judge, Sangrur about the fate of pending suit and it has been informed that the said suit was dismissed in default by Dr. Rajnish, Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sangrur vide order dated 07.12.2010 and that the said suit has not been got restored till date. In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
