Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition wherein the challenge was to the order of framing of the charges against the petitioner has been rendered infructuous since the trial has concluded and the judgment has already been passed by the learned trial Court on 18.09.2023.

A copy of the said judgment has been supplied in Court today by learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3.
As per the aforesaid judgment, the petitioner has been convicted only under Sections 452, 326 and 323 IPC and released on probation. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
