This order shall dispose of CRM-M-2854-2022, and, CRM-M12273-2022, as both have arisen out of the same FIR. 2.
In FIR bearing No. 72 of 23.7.2021, registered at Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur, the offences constituted under Sections 399, 402, 483 IPC, are embodied.

The learned State counsel, on instructions, given to him by ASI Pinjor Singh, submits, that the petitioners have meted the fullest co-operation to the investigating officer concerned, qua the investigations, made into the FIR (supra), and, also further submits that at the instance of the bail applicants-petitioners, no recoveries are to be effected to the GURPREET SINGH 2022.03.31 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M No. 2854 of 2022 -2CRM-M-12273-2022 investigating officer concerned. He further submits, that the investigations into the FIR (supra) are complete, and, that very soon a report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., would be filed, before the learned Magistrate concerned. 4.
In view of the above made statement, at the bar, by the learned State counsel, this Court does not deem it fit, and, appropriate to order for the custodial interrogation of the petitioners, as it would unnecessarily fetter, and, curtail their personal liberty 5.
Consequently, both the petitions are allowed, and, the orders made by this Court on 25.1.2022 (in CRM-M-2854-2022), and, on 24.3.2022 (in CRM-M-12273-2022), are made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

The afore observations are meant only for the disposal of the present petitions, and, shall not affect the merits of the trial arising from the FIR (supra).
