Respondents no.1 to 4 herein who are claimants before the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act are residents of Nepal. It has not been possible to serve them. Accordingly, this revision petition is adjourned sine die and may be got revived if and when respondents no.1 to 4 herein take any proceedings for execution of ex parte order passed by the Commissioner.' Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to get his instructions. On his request, adjourned to 06.09.2024. To be shown in the urgent list."
