The transfer of the suit instituted in the year 2009 is made by the Court to the Court which is now newly constituted in the year 2014. The grievance is that the petitioner is widow and the plea for transfer was not taken immediately after the constitution of new court. If new courts are constituted under a policy that has come about to help the litigants in securing justice close to their own places of residence and if the property is situate within the jurisdiction where the Court is now set up, it will be only appropriate that the trial progresses in the Court to which the Court has ordered for transfer.

I make no intervention to the order already passed. The revision petition is dismissed.
