(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.544 dated 10.12.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.

Vide order dated 20.04.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from DSP Karamvir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
