(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.24 dated 5.2.2021 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was employee of M/s Kim Infrastructure & Developers Ltd. which was managed by R.S. Sidhu, Chief Managing Director and K.S. Bal, Administrative Director. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner resigned from his job in the aforesaid company on 1.7.2015 and as such is GAURAV SOROT 2022.09.06 16:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-2829-2022 not responsible for the acts and omissions committed by the aforesaid company as well as its Directors after his resignation. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 24.1.2022 passed by this Court. State counsel on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar has not disputed the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation. The State counsel further submits that the main accused R.S. Sidhu and K.S. Bal were arrested in the present case and that after completion of investigation, supplementary challan has been presented against the petitioner and that now the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In the light of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 24.1.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
