(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner to take appropriate action as per law against the private respondents, who have caused injuries to the petitioner.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
