(Oral) 1.## The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking to set aside the ex parte judgment and decree dated 01.12.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurdaspur, as well as the order dated 03.02.2022 passed by the same Court, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order IX Rule 13 CPC has been dismissed.

2.## Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioners to avail of an appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 3.# In view of the above submission, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 4.## All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
