**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant appeal is seeking setting aside of order dated 15.11.2019 whereby Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram has declined the application of the petitioner seeking permission to cross-examine the witness.

Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that he has no objection if the petitioner is permitted to cross-examine the witness subject to a condition that the petitioner will conclude his crossexamination on the same day or at the most on the next working day. He further submits that the next date before the trial Court is 04.03.202 and the trial is pending since 2018.

In view of statements of learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 15.11.2019 is set aside with a direction to the trial Court to permit cross-examination of witness/respondent on 04.03.2023.
