The revision petition is filed against the order dismissing the application for filing the replication to the written statement filed by defendant Nos.1 and 2. The order is set aside and the replication is ordered to be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the replication is not filed within the time stipulated, the order already passed shall stand.

The revision petition is allowed at the stage of admission dispensing with notice to the respondents.
