**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking quashing of FIR No.292 dated 24.11.2015 registered at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari, under Sections 498-A/323/406/34 IPC.

It is undisputed fact that the petitioner stands acquitted vide judgment dated 14.12.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bawal, Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is working with BSF and inspite of judgment of acquittal, the authorities are asking quashing of FIR by High Court.

It seems to be a case of poor understanding of law either on the part of petitioner or the officials of BSF which has led to filing of present petition. No order is warranted qua quashing of FIR because petitioner stands acquitted.

Dismissed.
