*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Revision petition was filed impugning order dated 03.03.2017 (Annexure P-3) passed by Learned Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Narnaul whereby warrant of possession was issued in favour of the respondents.
Revision petition was filed way back in the year 2017. Matter was taken up for hearing on 03.04.2018, it was adjourned to 21.08.2018 on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners. On 21.08.2018, none appeared and it was adjourned to 28.08.2018. Thereafter, it was adjourned by order from time to time due to intervening pandemic period. On 09.02.2023, when asked to argue, learned counsel for petitioners sought time to get instructions and it was adjourned to today i.e. 29.05.2023. On resumed hearing, on a Court query, learned counsel appearing for petitioners is unable to assist stating that arguing counsel Mr. M.S.Randhawa is not available today. CR-3360-2017 (O&M) Be that as it may, it appears that by sheer pendency of the revision petition, same is rendered infructuous in the absence of any interim protection. Same is, accordingly, disposed of. However, liberty is granted to petitioners to file an appropriate application, if anything survives. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
