Petitioner-Hardail Singh has moved this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and members of his family from respondents No.4 & 5. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation/complaint dated 10.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.
State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
