(ORAL) The instant revision petition has been filed for directing the S.D.M., Ludhiana (East), exercising the powers of Collector, Ludhiana, not to proceed in the petition under Section 4 read with Section 12 of the Redemption Act, 1913 for issuance of warrant of possession of the property measuring 418 kanals 6 marlas.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be granted some time to file the regular second appeal. Present revision petition is dismissed. However, petitioners are granted 15 days' time from today to file regular second appeal in this Court. Till then their possession shall not be disturbed.
