The application of the defendant, who sought for reopening the side which was closed and for production of evidence, was dismissed. I set aside the impugned order and dispense with notice to make way for quicker disposal of the case on condition that the petitioner pays costs of ` 10,000/- to the opposite side for the delay and inconvenience caused to the Court and to the other side. The costs shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the amount is not paid as directed, the order already passed will stand.
