The petitioner is aggrieved that the Executing Court is not taking up the execution petition in right earnest and disposing of the case. He seeks for direction for immediate disposal. The Presiding Officer shall apply himself to the task at his hands and proceed to dispose of the petition and inform this Court of the disposal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The Administrative Judge concerned for the Presiding Officer may also be informed about the manner of disposal by the District Judge.
