This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 79, dated 12th June, 2020, under Sections 307, 341 and 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Chabbewal, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing the matter for some time and realising that the earlier regular bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this Court on 8th November, 2021 and the said fact has not been disclosed in para 18 of the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
