Mr. Ankush Sihag, Advocate appearing for Mr. Parveen Sharma, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 and has filed his vakalatnama.. The same be kept on record. Learned State counsel (on instructions from ASI Satwant Singh) has brought to the notice of this Court that a cancellation report has been prepared qua the FIR in question. He has further submitted that the same shall be presented before the concerned Court within a period of three weeks from today.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, for the nonce.
