(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case as registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna District Khanna, vide FIR No.1 dated 01.01.2021 under Sections 15 and 25 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Sukhwinder Singh, Police Station Sadar, Khanna, submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.01.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the above-discussed submission of learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail as SEEMA SHARMA 2021.07.05 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

extended to the petitioner vide the said order dated 28.01.2021, is made absolute.
