Petitioner has moved this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of appropriate direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioner which is in danger at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6. Counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that representation/complaint dated 22.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 22.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) in accordance with law within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
