JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Landlord is in revision aggrieved against the order dated 28.4.2015 (P.7) whereby the application of the tenant in the pending eviction proceedings for release of water connection has been allowed by the learned Rent Controller.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision has become infructuous as the tenant has vacated the demised residential premises.

Dismissed as infructuous.
