JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Jarnail Singh Saneta, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he withdraws his prayer as far as the relief regarding quashing of the criminal complaint is concerned and has submitted that since the petitioners are ready to appear before the Trial Court, the Trial Court may be directed not to resort the coercive methods for securing the presence of the petitioners on the basis of impugned order dated 15.3.2019 (Annexure P-9). In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case the petitioners surrender before the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today and apply for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to consider the same in accordance with law and to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably on the same PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.01.22 17:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
