**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that despite culmination of the departmental proceedings, criminal trial and arbitration proceedings in favour of the petitioner, the respondent No.2 has not released the retiral benefits to the petitioner for some undisclosed reasons.

Petitioner has also served a legal notice dated 29.11.2022 upon the respondent No.2, but the same has not been considered so far.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice dated 29.11.2022 is directed to be decided by the respondent MOHMED ATIK 2023.01.27 16.10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-1670-2023  No.2 in accordance with law within a time bound manner. At this stage, without meaning anything on merits of the case, it would be just and appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice dated 29.11.2022 and to decide the same by way of passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
