Present petition is challenge to the order dated 15.04.2015 whereby learned trial Judge turned down the request of present petitioner to allow the draftsman to visit the rented premises so as to prepare the site plan.

Notice of the petition was given to the respondent but despite service respondent failed to put in appearance. Submissions made by petitioner being limited to the extent that draftsman be allowed to visit the rented premises, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the draftsman at the expense of present petitioner may visit the rented premises after giving notice to the tenant in writing in advance and further direction that the draftsman shall be visting on any day from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

Petition stands disposed of.
