Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 17.02.2017/11.04.2017 passed by court below whereby defendants have been asked to produce original sale-deed.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage and/or to move appropriate application.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the pleas and move the application, if maintainable.
