Dated Police Station Sections 10.07.2020 Singh Bhagwantpura, 341, 323, 506, IPC District Roopnagar (201 IPC added later on) The petitioner(s), arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the victim(s).

During the pendency of the petition, the accused and the victim(s) have compromised the matter, and its copy is annexed with this petition. 3.
After that, the petitioner(s) came up before this Court to quash the FIR, and in the quashing petition, the victim(s) have been impleaded as respondent(s). 4.
On 7-3-2022 Tarwinder Singh (R-5), the victim/ complainant stated before the JMIC Rupnagar that there would be no objection if the court quashes this FIR and consequent proceedings. As per the concerned court's report dated 14-3-2022, the parties consented to the quashing of FIR and consequent proceedings without any threat. 5.
Although the petitioners arraigned in Jaspinder Singh (R-2), Ajit Singh (R-3), Sukhwinder Kaur (R-4), & Kuldeep Kaur (R-6) as respondents but the petitioners did not ensure their JYOTI 2022.03.29 16:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M No. 4037 of 2022 --2-- presence before the concerned Magistrate for recording their no objection to the quashing. 6.
Since all the victims did not state about their no objection to the compromise and also the reasons which led to the compromise, as such this court cannot proceed further in this matter.

Given above, the petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file a fresh petition and there would be no necessity re-examine the Tarwinder Singh and the accused, whose statements stand recorded. The copies of the statements alongwith report would suffice.
