-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The petitioner in the revision petition has assailed the order dated 7.4.2016 whereby in appeal titled as "Municipal Corporation Karnal Vs. Dewan Khan and another", judgment and decree dated 19.01.2016 passed by the trial Court has been stayed. Mr. Kulvir Narwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted the aforementioned appeal is now pending for 27.11.2018 and he would be satisfied if appropriate direction is issued to the lower Appellate Court for expeditious disposal of the same.

This fact is not opposed by Mr. Deepak Manchanda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation.
