(Oral) Affidavit of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Higher Education Department, Chandigarh, filed in the Court is taken on record, in which it is stated that the grant of HRA to the petitioner is approved and the necessary payment will be made within a period of two weeks from today.

Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he will make afresh representation with regard to grant of carrier advancement scheme.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if any.
