**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 29.11.2018 (P-3) and further prayer is for issuance of direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the Group C post, as per notification dated 05.09.2018 Learned counsel while referring to the certificates (P-1 colly) states that the petitioner participated in the Asian Para Games held in the year 2010 and was awarded Bhim in the year 2013-14. As per notification dated 05.09.2018 (P2), the petitioner is duly eligible for the post of Group C. But the impugned order dated 29.11.2018 has been passed rejecting the claim of the petitioner. This order is totally non-speaking.

Issue notice of motion On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. At the very outset, this petition deserves to be allowed on the short ground that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide impugned order, which is totally a non-speaking order.
