H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) As per report received from the Mediation Centre, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Settlement/Agreement has been forwarded to this Court. Though the applicant is expressing some apprehensions.

As far as the present application is concerned, the same has become infructuous in terms of the compromise and is dismissed accordingly.

However, if the respondent does not withdraw the divorce petition from the trial Court in terms of the Settlement/Agreement between the parties, then she can approach this Court again seeking transfer of the divorce petition.
