CR No. 4655 of 2010 The balance amount outstanding in terms of principle laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gurpreet Singh vs. Union of India, 2008 (2) RCR (Civil) 207 shows that as on 06.02.2015, the balance amount of ` 2,22,929/- is outstanding. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-State to deposit outstanding amount as calculated in the calculation sheet filed with CM No. 2177-CII of 2015, before the Executing Court within four weeks and the Executing Court would disburse the same to the petitioner/rightful claimants.
