The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the civil revision with liberty to approach the trial Court for consolidation of two suits; one, filed against Daljit Singh and after whose death the legal representatives are impleaded and another at the instance of yet another person who has sought for specific enforcement in respect of the very same subject matter and the legal representatives of the Daljit Singh purporting to an act on the basis of agreement of sale. The petitioner shall have such a liberty and if such a prayer is made, the trial Court will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
