State of Haryana and others.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of by directing respondents no.2 and 3 to pass appropriate order to fill-up the vacant posts of PGT Physical Education of EWS category (Rest of Haryana cadre), which remained vacant on account of non-availability of candidates under the category, from the general/unreserved category candidates, in terms of instructions dated 25.02.2019, as well as stipulation in the advertisement to PAYAL 2024.03.23 17:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
