The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to set aside the order dated 29.11.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phillaur in CHI-219-2021 titled as Punjab State Vs. Sukhwinder Singh @ Soni etc. instituted on 10.08.2021 in FIR No.414 dated 19.12.2019 under Section 174-A of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar Rural, whereby, the bail bonds of the petitioner were cancelled vide order dated 29.11.2023 (Anneuxre P-5) and non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner due to non-appearance of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Sukhdev Singh submits that in the present case, the petitioner has already been convicted and the present petition has become infructuous. 3.
