There can be no objection brought at the execution stage to the execution of the decree for the only reason that there is an application to set aside the ex parte decree. It shall be competent for a judgment debtor to move an application for stay of the decree itself as interlocutory application in the application filed for setting aside the ex parte decree under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC.
