Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 15.4.2014 (Annexure P-4).

Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that this petition has been rendered infructuous as respondent No. 1 has since been released the electric connection on 19.3.2015 from the transformer in question.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
