ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking, inter alia, issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to take legal action against respondents No.7 and 8 for demolishing the shop of the petitioner.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.
Given the nature of facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. Petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his alternative remedy, in accordance with law including pursuing his pending complaint dated 20.07.2019 (Annexure P-2).
