This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 296, dated 31st December, 2021, under Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957, and Section 379 IPC, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Hoshiarpur.

This Court vide order dated 10th February, 2022, granted interim bail to the petitioner, subject to joining investigation and compliance of the provisions enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Jasvir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

As no custodial interrogation of the petitioner is needed, the interim bail granted on 10th February, 2022, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when called for. 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
