-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner had not complied with the order dated 09.02.2018 passed by this Court by not making payment qua interim maintenance @`6000/- per month and on account of the non-payment of the maintenance, the Family Court vide order dated 21.03.2018 has dismissed the petition for non-prosecution under Order 9 Rule 8 CPC. Copy of the order dated 21.03.2018 has been given to this Court.

In view of such eventuality, I am of the view that no cause of action survives for consideration in the revision petition. The present revision petition is dismissed.
