(ORAL) The Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to comply with the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by Grievance Redressal Committee, a copy of which has already been received by the office of Additional Director General of Police, South Range, Rewari. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the aforesaid order in favour of the petitioner restoring 13 annual increments of the petitioner and for grant of consequential benefits arising therefrom, needful in the aforesaid context has not been done by the Competent Authority so far. CWP No.1995 of 2023 -2legal notice dated 20.09.2022, but of no avail. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his legal notice is directed to be decided by the Competent Authority in accordance with law in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the legal notice dated 20.09.2022 of the petitioner shall be considered in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
