The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents not to change the nature of Qabristan (Graveyard) situated in Village Devru, District Sonepat bearing Khasra No.30//13, 18,19,22,23,24 and 25 apart from restraining respondent No.6 from raising any construction over the land of Qabristan.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail any other alternative remedy, available to the petitioners, as per law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
