HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 & 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 6.

Upon notice, a short reply by way of affidavit dated 19.06.2020 of the DSP, Karnal has been filed wherein it is stated that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded. Parents of petitioner No.1 have no objection to the marriage and that the petitioners usually visit the house of petitioner No.1. They no longer apprehend danger at the hands of private respondents.

In view thereof, no direction is required to be issued. Disposed of accordingly.
