Dr. Varun Vijay Mahajan has signed for the first party, whereas Sh. R.S. Minhas, Chief Liaisoning Officer i.e. an authorized signatory of second party has signed for the second party. The witnesses namely Gaurav Solanki and Davinder Singh have also signed, besides Arun K. Bakshi for Gaurav Pathak, Mediator.
